Welcome to the Healthy Posture Club! A video-on-demand platform that provides assess to neutral spine based functional fitness workouts designed to restore your ability to perform daily tasks from healthy posture. Improving your posture before your upcoming regenerative medicine procedure will reduce the pain, inflammation and enhance recovery. Most of Americans have collapsed upper back posture which forces 4 segments (C1, C5, L1 + L5) in the spine to take up a majority of the load. As a result every tasks is performed in a mechanically inefficient and causes inflammation at these buckle points in the spine. This places excessive stress not just those 4 segments but also the shoulders, hips and knees.

The Prehab for Neck Surgery video library will guide you through 3 levels of healthy posture conditioning that will prepare you for healthy loading through your spine, hips and knees. You will accomplish the following physical wellness milestones.
• Sit without faulty loading in the low back or neck
• Stand with symmetrical loading through the hips and knees
• Walk with symmetrical loading through the spine, hips and knees
• Get in/out of bed and chair healthy loading through the spine, hips and knees
• Pick objects off the floor using a hip hinge strategy to keep neutral spine
• Lift objects overhead with a 2-part lifting strategy to ensure healthy loading through the shoulder and neck.

Additionally we will explore healthy sleeping, driving and workstation strategies before surgery so that you have a game plan to follow after your surgery.

This subscription provides you with 4 tele-health physical therapy coaching sessions with a PT or PTA certified to guide you through the program to ensure safety and accuracy. The exercises in the workout videos only have value if performed properly. We will pair you with an instructor trained to identify when any of the 4 Principles of Neutral Spine Alignment are not being applied properly.

Schedule a Tele-PT workout to get started. You should schedule one workout a week unless otherwise instructed.
